An early High Speed Ovens customer; Coffeeboy are already expanding - we look at their new location.
Toasted sandwich sales are a key profit line for any cafe. One company who know this well is Coffeboy. Shown in our video on our homepage they were one of our first high speed oven customers. Their success has continued over the last 18 months and they have now opened their 2nd location in Castleford, West Yorkshire.
Converting a shipping container (now the world’s best looking shipping container we should add!) into a fully fitted food and drink outlet serving great coffee as well as hot sandwiches, wraps, panini and even pizza to go. The unit has seating for 20 inside as well as additional seating outside.
We were pleased to supply owner Richard with the new Merrychef E2S. Given very limited space within the container the narrow dimension of the E2S – just 350mm wide made it perfect for the rear counter.

With the cook time of a toastie at just 1 minute and a panini at 90 seconds the Merrychef E2S helps to stay ahead of the queue – a good thing as there isn’t too much space for one to develop! This means you can serve your customers some great hot food in the same time it takes to prepare a hot drink and take payment.
