The team at High Speed Ovens have just enjoyed 2 days at the Lunch Show 2016 in London showcasing their ovens. It was another great show meeting plenty of people and eating lots of yummy food! The Turbochef Sota and the Frymac featured at this year’s show so we were able to cook off pizza in just 90 seconds and fries in just over 2 minutes without smoking the place out due to both ovens being ventless….no extraction required!
Apart from a great networking event, the show was very informative providing keynote sessions from industry leaders so we are able to keep up to date with industry trends and innovations so we can constantly improve our offering within the food-to-go sector.
