The HSO – Combi 1 is a great low cost all rounder: cooks, bakes, grills and fries, with 99 programmable menu options. For breakfast service it can bake off a tray of croissants or quickly produce a tray of bacon. At lunch 4oz burgers could go from frozen to cooked in just 4 minutes and the Combi 1 can even produce a cake!
