At just 386mm the Practica Fit SM (which stands for ‘Single Mag’) will fit on the tightest of counters in a commercial kitchen. With a base depth of 593mm it will also easily sit on standard depth kitchen counters.

Easy to Access Catalytic Converter

One of the unique selling points of the Practica Fit is the ability to easily access and remove the catalytic converter for cleaning. A common problem with a lot of high speed ovens is the degradation of the catalytic converter through general use and the built up of fats from cooked food.

The Practica Fit allows operators to clean the converter themselves without the need for a maintenance call – a great cost saving development.

High Power & Low Energy

The Practica Fit SM can be placed anywhere in the kitchen saving money on expensive hoods and canopies. Furthermore the well insulated side panels prevent the surrounding area from heating up (and are even cool to the touch). Internally though – the Practica Fit SM and can be programmed with temperatures up to 280C.
