Sliced hoagie roll
200g Shaved beef or steak strips
50g Sautéed onions
50g Sautéed red & green peppers
2 slices Provolone cheese (or alternative melting cheese)
Butter or oil for toasting
✅ Stage 1: Time 1:10 / Fan 10% / Microwave 100%
✅ Tray Used: Flat non-stick tray or liner
Lightly toast the hoagie roll with butter or oil (optional).
Layer in steak, sautéed onions, and peppers.
Top generously with provolone cheese.
Place on a flat tray, ensuring sandwich is OPEN not closed – ‘hoagies’ go a little too crispy when cooked shut
Cook using above settings.
Serve immediately — cheese should be melted and gooey.
