Pulled Pork, Ham, Salami & Pickles – the ultimate toasted stack
1 slice pulled pork
2 slices ham
2 slices salami
Monterey Jack cheese (sliced or grated)
Yellow mustard
Sliced pickles
A handful of rocket
2 slices of white sourdough or Cuban-style bread
Butter for grilling
Butter the outside of both bread slices.
Spread mustard on the inside of one slice.
Layer pulled pork, ham, salami, Monterey Jack, pickles, and rocket.
Top with the second slice, buttered side up.
Place on a tray (lined with baking parchment) in a high speed oven.
