Bagelman is fast growing bagel concept out of Brighton with locations including the busy train station. They have introduced Merrychef E2S at their sites. Already fans of the Merrychef E4 the E2S is proving popular with operations manager Lyn Tyler. The Merrychef has managed to replace a toaster, grill and microwave. It is also freeing up valuable counter space: measuring just 350mm wide it will fit onto the smallest of counters.

Merrychef caught up with Lyn Tyler to see how the E2S is helping Bagelman.
