The SPEED.Compact™ ECO is a 60 cm depth speed oven with a 30x30cm cooking chamber and a 17 cm door opening footprint. Designed for speed and consistency, it uses microwaves and hot airflows to quickly reheat baked goods and snacks. As one of the quietest and most odour-free models yet, it integrates seamlessly into any workspace, even side-by-side, optimising counter space.

Plug & Play

No exhaust pipes, hoods, or complex installation manuals are needed, the oven is ready to use straight out of the box. The Speed Compact.ECO comes pre-loaded with commonly used programmes already installed so you can start serving from Day 1 (you don’t even have to wait for your High Speed Oven Trainer to arrive).

• SMART.Preheating automatically sets the pre-heating temperature and duration
• SMART.Energy is an automatic energy saving function that recognises the absence of food in the cooking chamber and activates stand-by mode reducing temperature and consumption

Easy to Cook, Easy to Clean

The oven includes 340 programmable menu items allowing almost endless creativity. Each menu programme can include up to 9 cooking steps to create really unique meals. When you’re done at the end of the day simply spray the oven with the UNOX QUICK.RINSE before cleaning off with the shower head – a first for counter top high speed ovens.
